For over 5 decades Moose Auto Glass, Inc. has been serving the Tyler/ East Texas area. Opening in 1954, on West Erwin Street in Tyler, Bill Moose set out to provide quality auto glass repairs and custom upholstery at reasonable prices. In 1960, the business was relocated to the corner of Glenwood and Erwin. In 1985 Bill’s youngest son, Eddy Moose, purchased the business from his father. Within a few years Moose Auto Glass, Inc. needed room to expand. In 1989 the store was moved to 4220 Timms Street, its current location. Now more than 50 years later, Eddy and his team of professionals continue to specialize in auto glass and upholstery and have added many other services to the business including window tinting, window regulator/motor repair or replacements, and mobile repair service.
